Day 5

Day 5 Final day

This is my last rentry as this was a 5 day blog project. So good bye!

Anyways, done to bussiness. I have an interview with a couple of friends about our government.

Q: How does the government of Canada impact us?

A:Well because every single decisions they make affects you because you are under their law and you have to do what they say.

Q: Do you remember a big decision the government made?

A: They made a big decision by sending our soilders to Afganistan and help the people there.

Q: Do you think the Canadaian government makes good decisions?

A: Yes i do. I think they make these decisions for oue well being and future. Thanks to them im in Canada now!

My Point Of View!!!

Q: How do indiviual choices affect commnity?

A: Well they affect because we are apart of it. Say a kid accidently leaves his skateboard on the sidewalk for some reason. Then a biker comes along and isn't looking then all of a sudden he falls and hurts himself badly. He goes to the hosptial and gets a cast. The next day he goes to school mad and frustrated that he cant walk faster thanks to the cast and cructes. His friends notice that hes in a bad mood and leave him for the day and are upset. They go home and their family sees this and confront it but they just explode. Then also the family is in a bad mood and it repeats intill it covered the whole community. See? It affected everyone in the community. Even the simplest choice can affect everyone in one way or another. It's like the butterfly affect that the scientists discovered. It contiunes and affects your future and others even if you are doing it just for you. Just like how exams and grades debate either you pass or not. You gotta work hard the whole time other wise it's gonna come back in the future. Either way, in some way or not everything comes back into the future. Not inless you finnish it the first time it comes around. Anyways, each choice affects people and their communities. It just happens.

Day 4

Day 4

Happy Valentines day! Just wanted to say that out for everyone! Either it be a sad day or happy! It is the day of cupid!

Well, lately i have been thinking.....how does the goverment of Canada's chocies impact Canada and it's citizens? I've found the answer!

Well it impacts us because it takes care of our well being in a way and future. Like for example, there's the fedral goverment (which our prime minister Stephen Harper leads) , the provincal goverment and your normal goverment. Each group has it's own responsiblities to complete in order to not mess things up and get Canada working well. Like the fedral goverment's job is to look after national seceritiy, provision of social services, criminal law, forgien affiars and First Nation policy. Then the provincial government is in charge of each cities fund to pay the bills, health, education, welfare, and the provinces of Canada. They both have pretty big jobs that affect us all. Like the other day, as i told you the provincial government/ education minister deicded that Canadaian students take tests from now on. That impacts kids all over Canada no matter what school they go to. Also what the fedral government decides like a new law, say like they changed the legal drinking age to 19. That impacted a few teenagers because they would want to drink and would be doing it illegially and then they go home drunk and their parents are mad at them in the morning and they get yelled at and are grumpy for the rest of the day affecting their friends and their friends and the list goes on. But it also impacted those parents because they wouldn't want their kids drinking illegially and getting in trouble. But it made the kid's life safer by a bit and they can relax a bit. Anyways, it was a decision for the better. ALso like the other day i wrote about that lady and what she did stealing tax payers money and what in thought was true. We let the government make decisions for us and our future for the better and trust them making good decisions. We didnt vote for them to make bad deicsions that would affect all of Canada badly. So we put our trust, money and hope in them even if we are strangers. I hope all goes good for Canada.

Day 3

Day 3

As always I was watching the news today, and heard some very interesting news. That a senator is using tax payer’s money for ''extra traveling expenses". Meaning the senator lady took the money we give to the government for the better of Canada such as building new places and city expenses. That is outrageous! We pay that money to trust the government to make good decisions with it and here she is taking it just to pay for traveling expenses. She may or not be guilty, but in any way this is unappreciable. This is an impact on Canada's citizens who pay that tax. It's for the well-being of Canada, not for some lady who has an important role in the government to just take our money without OUR permission just for HER expenses. Her chose to do that impacts the citizens chose to trust the government with our money. It affects many families and communities by her just using that money. They earned it and now she's just feeding off of her power and the money. That’s a big disappointment.

Anyways, I also heard that the feudal government is giving our city money for the facility for the workers because they need to train and they help keep our beautiful city clean. 50 million dollars. That's ALOT in our eyes, but in the city's it's just enough to pay the bills. Thanks to the federal government we can do this! So thank you people! They have impacted our community by paying them to do their job and keep our environment clean making a lot of people happy who affect others too by their happiness. The fresh air, green grass and a bird's morning song is a great way to start the day! Even if it is winter it is nice to smell the fresh air of Mother Nature.

Day 2

Day 2

Today i heard something on the news that the goverment decided and really shocked me. We students in elementry and high school are already having a tuff time in school but now we are getting more fuel to the fire. Same with the teachers! The goverment decided that the grades 4 to 12 are to take standirtized tests because certain subjects like science and math have not enough kids that are making it past the national average. I understand that it's for the better but thats a big impact on Canada's kids or future as people say. This will impact them quite a bit because then theres the stress to study and homework causing problems in the child's cryteria and mind to become worriful and stressful when elementry is the time to have fun and high school is that time to start getting serious about your future. Stress is something kids shouldnt have but yet they get in different ways. Like right now, with IQ many kids are stressed to finish everything. Then add tests into that and you've got a formal for chaos. Heres the clip of the news.

The goverment is considering the best for Canada's future doctors, politcs, scientists and etc. but this decision impacts ALL of Canada affecting all of the nations kids. But we can't do anything. I just hope this will work out for the best. Also Canada is in the top ten of international education. Thats awesome! But the goverment thought about this and took it for the best, so we shall hope for the best!

Day 1

Day 1

Idle No more.

What a big movement! So many people have been involved in this protest and in this kind of weather too! That's tuff. What has the government said so far? Well part of the government is pressuring Stephen Harper but he is not responding. He says he mainly wants to concentrate on 4 things right now.

1. Families
2. The safety of the community's and the streets
3. The pride to be a Canadian
And
4. Personal financial security.

Smart but he should focus on the Idle no more movement. It's growing bigger each day and the citizens are getting angry because they are not getting what they where promised years ago and are affected by this.

-a-word-about-aboriginals-despite-idle-no-more-movement/
Here's the newspaper that provided me with this info.

He is the prime minister of Canada and has a lot of responsibilities.
He has a lot of problems right now and is trying his best to make Canada a better country.Maybe
Harper should have a say in this Idle no more problem to resolve it and the people in the government
who aren't busy should fix the problem. It may be a bit risky but if that's what gets everyone happy and
busy, so be it. The government is trying their best to sort out our country and need a bit of cooperation
from Canada citizens. Right now they are sorting out the budget of Canada for 2013 because people
need money to buy food and things to survive. 2013 just arrived so they need to get used to the New
Year and make the preparations for the troubles to come this year. Also there has been ALOT of crimes
so far that I’ve noticed. Also a lot of people are applying for immigrations and are closed for 2 years just
so they can fill out the applacations. So they also need to deal with things like that. Just the simplest job
they do affects one part, small or big parts in Canada. We chose them as leaders and leaders they shall
be. We took responsibility to vote because they wanted to help our country and help Canada become a
better place. So everyone made an impact on the community.

Here’s a song by our own international Canadian artist Justin Bieber!
He has made a big impact on us Canadians too.
